FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Saints Winter Guard Announces Move to Class A
The Columbus Saints Winter Guard was founded in 2016. The group focuses on education and welcome all skill levels from beginner to advanced. The Saints Winter Guard is excited to announce the ensemble will be moving from Independent Regional A to Independent Class A; adding more WGI regionals and for the first time Championships to the schedule. The Saints Winter Guard will be competing in 3-4 WGI regionals, including finals. The Saints will also continue to compete in OIPA (Ohio Indoor Performance Association).
The organization and membership continue to grow from year to year, winning numerous WGI Regional events, and Bronze Medals in OIPA competition. This move will give the Winter Guard members the opportunity to grow and find success in Class A competition while challenging themselves. The schedule will be updated for the upcoming season very shortly to reflect these updated competitions.
