Why Your Donation is Critical

Right now, our fleet is costing us time and money we don’t have:

  • Financial Drain: Relying on expensive Penske and Uhaul trucks for our ensembles and constantly paying for repairs on our aging, maxed-out truck directly raises our operating expenses. Replacing this equipment is one of the two most effective ways to lock in low program costs for our members (the other being access to in-kind rehearsal space).
  • Safety & Reliability: Our current Drum Corps trailer has structural issues, leaks, and no ramp. Our truck has electrical wiring issues and insufficient towing capacity for our largest trailer. Your gift ensures the safety of our members’ gear and the reliability needed to get every ensemble to their next performance without stressful breakdowns.
  • Program Growth & Community Outreach: Our programs are growing and have outpaced our current trailer capacity. This regularly forces us to use additional box trucks which drives up ongoing costs. Having larger trailers and reliable vehicles makes it easier for us to travel to and from events, and also better supports our community outreach programs with dedicated logistics.

We need a newer, larger 1/2 ton truck and two reliable trailers (a 20-26′ trailer to share between Drum Corps & indoor Percussion, a 12-16′ trailer for Winterguard) to keep our operations running smoothly and affordably. https://donorbox.org/forwardfund
