The Columbus Saints were founded in 2003, by Mr. Marshall Cheatham; social worker & former juvenile corrections counselor, to provide affordable performing arts programming with a competitive focus. In the same manner sports teach life skills such as teamwork, personal responsibility, physical fitness, and more, we provide competitive arts programming (summer travel marching band, indoor dance & flag teams, community center drumlines, etc) that’s community focused, affordable for all socioeconomic backgrounds across the State of Ohio. Over the last 15 years, we’ve won, multiple Gold & Silver medals in multiple competitive circuits (DCI, WGI), and for 2018 we need your help to reach the next step in our program.
Sponsoring our program is not only a great way to be further involved in the community; it’s an amazing form of marketing for your business. Our programs serve 100 youth annually, perform at numerous parades, and festivals, and travel over 6,000 miles annually competing against teams from as far away as Japan, Canada, UK, Thailand in venues like NFL stadiums such as the Georgia Dome, Lucas Oil Stadium, Mapfre Stadium, and more. We travel and conduct educational events and clinics in numerous underserved areas. We have a strong social media presence with 5000+ followers, with video and photo content produced regularly. Yearly, numerous newspaper articles, and online articles are written about the impact of our programs and shared. That means your business will have branding in front of thousands of people and generate over 5000 impressions in the Columbus area and abroad. With that type of exposure, everyone will remember that you supported our program!
This year, we are asking for tiered donations of $100, $250, $500, $1000, & $2000 for some of the following:
- Certificate of sponsorship and large photo, suitable for public display ($100)
- Name listed as sponsor in all publications (newsletters, programs, etc.) ($250)
- Your logo on 2018 t-shirt, parade banner, & equipment trailer ($500)
- Unique social media content, highlighting your business with on-site visit from our media team, high quality photos, and on-camera interviews promoting your business ($1000)
- Saints perform at your local business, or event ($2000)

Unfortunately, providing youth programming is expensive and we work diligently yearly to keep the costs low for participants through supporters like you. We ask for sponsorship to help subsidize the cost of equipment (instruments, equipment travel trailer, rehearsal facilities, uniforms), travel expenses, scholarships for players who have financial challenges, and travel expenses.
We understand that you have several choices when considering different marketing and community outreach opportunities, but we truly believe that this is a great fit.
